Card Connect Fails to Charge

If Card Connect shows the terminals in Vetspire Location Settings, but fails to charge, or is unable to select the terminal at checkout, please verify the following:

  • The default terminal can't be the same as the ignore terminal

  • Make sure that Enable Stripe Payments is turned off since Card Connect is being used
  • After any changes are made in Vetspire, refresh the page. Unplug Card Connect, wait 10 seconds, and plug back in
