- Patient or Client name is spelled incorrectly, including special characters
- B.B vs BB vs BeeBee vs Bee Bee
- Keep in mind that an uppercase i (I) can look like a lower case L (l)
- The client/patient account was merged into another account
- The person presenting the pet is not the listed owner
- Wife, husband, pet-sitter, etc
- To search for a co-owner's name or phone number, use the Clients tab
- The client or patient is marked as inactive
- Use the Clients tab to search for inactive accounts
- The client changed their phone number and it was not updated in Vetspire
- The patient was transferred to a different account
- This can be viewed by viewing the Client Information page and selecting View History
