Default Client Communication Preferences

  • Client Communication Preferences will always show as greyed out until one of the options is selected if there was a data conversion. However, just because they are greyed out, it does not mean they are turned off.  The below image shows what is actually happening.  
  • When a client is created through the Vetspire UI then it will default to the below: 


  • These defaults can't be changed due to regulations set outside of Vetspires Control.
