Reference Lab:
- Ordering two or more separate lab requisitions, but only putting one form in the sample bag will cause the lab results to not upload in Vetspire correctly.
In-house Machine Error:
- Confirm that the pet has a species associated under info
- Make sure the client name is in Given Name (first) and Family Name (last)
- If both names are in one, it will cause an error
- Verify the login credentials for Vetconnect Plus under lab integrations
- Restart all machines
For WebPACS Errors
- Please ensure the set up for Modality's has been completed using the SOP set up guide fom Idexx.
