Fixing IDEXX Issues

Reference Lab:

  • Ordering two or more separate lab requisitions, but only putting one form in the sample bag will cause the lab results to not upload in Vetspire correctly.


In-house Machine Error:

  • Confirm that the pet has a species associated under info
  • Make sure the client name is in Given Name (first) and Family Name (last)
    • If both names are in one, it will cause an error
  • Verify the login credentials for Vetconnect Plus under lab integrations
  • Restart all machines


For WebPACS Errors

  • Please ensure the set up for Modality's has been completed using the SOP set up guide fom Idexx.
