New Staff Member didn't receive the welcome email?

Welcome emails will be sent out within 5 minutes after you add their account. If it's been longer than 5 minutes, make sure you tell the new team member to check their Spam folder in their email client to see if the email accidentally went into their spam folder.


If they can't find it, you can always send them a new welcome email by clicking the "Resend Verification" button next to their name in the User List. You can do this by clicking on the three dots next to their row in the staff table under More-> Admin->Users.
