New Staff Members need to verify their email address and create their own password before they can start using Vetspire.
When you add a new staff member to Vetspire, we will automatically send them an email inviting them to create an account. This email will include a link where they can create their account on your practice's Vetspire account. They'll be able to set their own username and password.
Until your new staff member completes this verification and account creation process, they'll have a red "Needs Verification" under their name alerting you that they have yet to create their Vetspire account. It'll go away the moment they click on the link in their email and create their account.
