Troubleshooting Text Auto-Confirmations

1.  Only certain responses will work. Anything other than the following will be kicked back:

2. Clients have 23 hours to confirm an appointment


3. If after 23 hours they DO NOT confirm the appointment, the following automated message will be sent: "The ability to auto confirm your pet's appointment has lapsed. Please contact your pet's provider to confirm or cancel if you haven't done so already."


4. If after 23 hours they DO confirm the appointment, or if they respond with anything other than an approved response (see #1), the following automated message will be sent: "We're sorry, this number is for appointment confirmations only. Please contact the clinic by phone for further assistance."
