What is SSO:
- Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials
Vetspire Requirements:
- SSO provider is SAML based. (e.g. Okta, O365/Azure AD)
- An engineer from Vetspire is to be added to your SSO, so that they can test end to end - once work is picked up by the team we will let you know what email to invite.
Questions Vetspire Will need to know ahead of time:
- Would you like Vetspire to provision users when they successfully log in automatically?
- Would you like to have Vetspire set up SSO on a staging site for you first, to allow you to test it, before enabling it in production?
Submit a ticket Here with the following information:
- Copy of the SSL certificates for each environment. Here’s what they would need:
- What is the Vetspire Production URL?
- Do they want to opt-in to testing on Staging - if so, what is their staging URL?
- Do they want to automatically provision users?
- We will need an engineer to be added to the client’s SSO group, at least the local one - confirm how you’d like us to communicate who should be added.
