Cubex: How to set up your Cubex Integration

Cubex Process

Cubex will provide the credentials needed for the integration.  You can reach out to Michael Chubbs at mchubbs@cubexsystem.com and copy Brinti Fogel at bfogel@cubexsystem.com for these credentials.  They should be received at least 4-weeks before Go Live.

Below is an example of the information Cubex will send.  Note: These credentials are unique for each practice. Do not use the information below.

 

Note: Notice that the DBName and the DBLogin are similar.  The integration will not work if you mix these up so be careful.

Cubex will provide a list of users and products they need mapped.  These should be given to the Lead Implementor for the Practice.

Support Process


  1. In Vetspire, navigate to More > Admin > Locations
  2. Search for a select the location you are setting up the integration for.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section and click Edit.
  4. In the new box, click on Cubex.
  5. In the new section, click Yes to Enable Cubex.
  6. Enter the information you received from Cubex in the rest of the boxes.
  7. Click Save.

NOTE: There is no test for this integration.  Cubex and/or the Practice will reach out if there are issues.
